Mechanical Designer
Job Description
This job is for a mechanical designer looking to join a small OEM that makes Hammer mills and other various equipment for the agriculture industry. All of our equipment is designed and manufactured in house.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in Soldiworks (sheet metal experience preferred)
- Mechanical inclination
- Has experience welding or working in a manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to improve and design new equipment based off of market needs
- Use Solidworks to design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects
- Create shop drawings
- Update parts books as needed
- Reverse engineer parts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Description
This job is for an individual with a background in sales looking to join a small OEM that makes Hammer Mills and other various equipment for the agriculture industry. All of our equipment is designed and manufactured in-house.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for increasing sales and developing customer relationships.
• Point of contact for current and new business
• End user equipment sales & rentals – Agricultural
• End user equipment sales & rentals – Construction & Landscaping
• New business development
• Sales lead generation for Custom Manufacturing
• Communicate effectively with management, operations, engineering, and accounting teams
• Collaborate with the service team/operations department to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Implement strategies with the marketing department to achieve sales goals
• Set up new deals for Lancaster Brand equipment
• Organizing & running farm show booth (4 shows a year)

Welder/Metal Fabricator
Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in welding, fabricating & equipment assembly.
- Job Requirements: Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be detail-oriented.
- Be able to run a 100-ton brake.
- Ability to drive a forklift.
Qualifications
- Experienced in MIG Welding (hot & cold rolled steel)
- Basic mechanic skills
- Ag background (a plus, but not required)
- Team Player
